Founder | Writer | Director
Najmah is responsible for the development of productions for TWSP. She is behind the business strategies, specifies their functional requirements, and produces and manages the launch of all features. Najmah's formal education includes a bachelor's, two master's, and a PhD - all in clinical psychology—and a minor in telecommunications (radio, television, and film). She attended Texas Southern University and Walden University. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with her two children.

Calvin is responsible for tracking and logging expenses and making sure gear arrives on time. He is a dynamic leader with over 15 years of Global Leadership in private industries and in the federal government. Calvin's formal education includes a BS from the University of Central Oklahoma and an MBA in Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Business. He lives in Houston, Texas, with his two children.

Casting Director | Costume Supervisor
Shabazz is responsible for the overall visual appearance of the talent. She has an act for identifying and cultivating new and unique talent for each film. Shabazz has former experience working in the talent and film industry in Los Angeles, California, and is a former choreographer. Her creativity in design and dance is greatly utilized at TWSP. Shabazz's formal education includes computer programming from Vatterott College and fashion merchandising from Brook College, California. She currently lives in Los Angeles, California

Sound Manager | Light Manager
Herron is responsible for recording all sound on set during filmmaking. He manages professional audio equipment to record sound that is later synced with the finished product. He also manages lighting on set and executes with phenomenal ability to enhance the visibility as well as the mood of each scene. Herron has experience in camera operations, co-managing short films, acting, and editing. He lives in Dallas, Texas.
